The 2026 KOPSI Management Basic Training is an important work program held to equip new administrators with organizational knowledge, skills, and insights. This activity is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, and will take place at the Tirtodiningrat Hall, 2nd Floor, FEB UNAIR Building. This training is attended by all new KOPSI FEB UNAIR administrators as an initial step to understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization. With an interactive learning atmosphere, this training is expected to foster a sense of responsibility and leadership from an early age.

This training program covers a wide range of topics, from organizational structure, KOPSI's vision and mission, activity management, to communication and teamwork skills. Participants not only receive theoretical material but are also encouraged to participate in discussions, practice, and simulate organizational situations. This aims to enable each administrator to understand their functions and roles practically and to collaborate to achieve organizational goals.

Through this Basic Management Training, KOPSI FEB UNAIR hopes that the new administrators can internalize the organization's values, build their capacity, and be ready to carry out their mandate professionally.
