After completing this course, it is expected that students are able to explain the concepts of operations management related to operating system design, product and service designs, quality management, supply chain management, capacity planning, location, facilities, the basic concepts of Total Quality Management, Lean production system, inventory control and relevant quantitative techniques in solving problems related to operations management.
