Amidst the rapid development of the digital era, this revolution has brought significant impacts in the form of increased competition, especially in the start-up sector and the creative industry in Indonesia. In facing this change, public speaking skills have become a vital ability to convey messages effectively, using the right method or media, so that messages can be received clearly and still respect ethical values. To help students prepare for this challenge, WEBS Unair is proud to hold an Internal Public Speaking Class themed "The Art of Communication: Speak Smart, Speak Right to Speak Intelligently, Accurately, and Ethically in the Digitalization Era". This activity aims to hone students' communication skills so they are able to speak on target and maintain ethics, both in direct communication and on digital platforms, especially in facing the challenges and opportunities of communication in the digital era. The Internal Public Speaking Class (PSCI) activity by WEBS Unair can be implemented through strategic planning that includes identifying participant needs, preparing topics and materials relevant to the digital era, collaboration with professional speakers, interactive implementation with an emphasis on communication ethics and an introduction to pitching mechanisms to train participants to convey ideas persuasively. The activity was held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. This event is not only relevant to help students convey ideas professionally, but also prepares them to face the world of work and academic environments that increasingly prioritize quality communication amidst rapid technological developments. By participating in this activity, students are expected to become more competent, confident, and adaptive individuals in responding to challenges in the modern era.

We hope that PSCI activities can support SDGs point 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth, where public speaking skills can increase career and entrepreneurship opportunities by strengthening participants' ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. We believe that by improving the quality of WEBS UNAIR's internal human resources, we can help drive the growth and development of our country through the productivity and collaboration of members for future career advancement. PSCI activities can also be a forum for building networks and partnerships that are important in achieving sustainable development goals, this is in line with SDGs point 17 regarding Partnerships for the Goals. By sharing ideas and experiences, it is hoped that WEBS internal members can support each other and create positive collaborations to achieve various development goals in the future. With this approach, we hope that every WEBS UNAIR internal member can get maximum benefits and develop skills that are in line with their goals and needs
