As an organization that plays a vital role in developing the potential of its members, the Management Student Association (HIMA) Universitas Airlangga recognizes the importance of innovation in communication and information delivery to students. Therefore, the Unair Management Student Association (HIMA) has designed a program called "Ngomen" (Ngobrolin Manajemen) that utilizes podcasts as its primary medium. This program aims to provide an inspiring and educational communication platform for Unair's undergraduate Management students.

We've invited a resource person who's not only inspiring but also able to share his experiences balancing artistic creativity and sportsmanship during his time as a Management student Universitas Airlangga.
