Management Got Talent (MGT) is a new work program of the HIMA S1 Management Study Program in the form of a talent search audition whose participants are all active S1 Management students. 

  This year, MGT auditions were held on September 26th and the awarding ceremony was held on October 15th. This year's MGT was filled with various talents, including dance, band, and singing. Thewinners of MGT 2018 were Wahyu Rais Agung, class of 2017, as the first winner, and Nofian Anggi Pradana, class of 2017, as the second winner. The winners of MGT 2018 had the opportunity to showcase their talents at the peak night of Management Expo on October 21st, 2018.
