Personnel: “Today's Evaluation, Tomorrow's Improvement”

The 2026 KSPM Personnel Program is an internal activity organized by the Human Resources Division as a form of appreciation for the performance of members of the Capital Market Study Group, FEB Universitas Airlangga during the current period. This activity will be held periodically in three quarters: the first quarter in May, the second quarter in September, and the third quarter in December. For the first quarter, this activity will be held offline on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM WIB at the Soepoyo Hall, FEB Universitas Airlangga.

This activity is also related to SDGs 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth, as well as SDGs 4, namely Quality Education, because through evaluation and sharing sessions, members are encouraged to continue developing competencies, improving their quality, and building a productive and supportive work environment.
