"One Direction, One Goal, One FEB: Together Towards a Better FEB 2026," was the message from the Dean of FEB UNAIR at this working meeting. This working meeting also served as a strategic forum to reflect on the previous year's performance and develop targeted steps to achieve FEB UNAIR's 2026 targets.

The atmosphere in the KRT Fadjar Notonagoro Hall was filled with energy and a collaborative spirit. All faculty leaders and administrators enthusiastically participated in the series of events, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening the governance and performance of FEB UNAIR on a sustainable basis.

The working meeting began with a briefing and presentation by the Dean of FEB UNAIR, Prof. Dr. Rudi Purwono. In his remarks, the Dean conveyed FEB UNAIR's performance achievements for 2025 based on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS). He emphasized that various strategic indicators that have shown good achievements need to be consistently maintained, while optimizing areas that still pose challenges.

"With the achievements already achieved, FEB will maintain its strong performance and focus on areas that still need optimization. All units must move in one direction and with one goal," emphasized Prof. Dr. Rudi Purwono.

Following the Dean's briefing, the event continued with presentations from the Vice Deans. Vice Dean I, Prof. Dr. Tika Widiastuti, SE., M.Si., outlined the 2026 academic performance targets, which focus on improving graduate quality, strengthening the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), optimizing the MBKM program, and synergizing across departments, study programs, and units to support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Next, Vice Dean III, Novrys Suhardianto, SE., MSA., Ak., Ph.D., outlined policy directions for research, community service, cooperation, and internationalization. The focus is on strengthening research collaboration with industry and international partners, increasing reputable publications, streamlining research, and developing impactful and sustainable community service programs.

Meanwhile, Deputy Dean II, Prof. Dr. Rahmat Setiawan, SE., MM., presented an overview of the 2026 Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT). This material emphasized the importance of budget planning that is accountable, effective, and aligned with the faculty's strategic targets, both at the faculty level and at the department and work unit levels.

The working meeting then continued with a consolidation of the work programs developed by each department, study program, and unit to achieve the 2026 targets. Each element developed a measurable and realistic work plan, which was then presented as a form of shared commitment to supporting the faculty's policy direction.

This forum is not only a space for program presentations, but also a means for strategic discussions to ensure alignment of vision, programs, and performance indicators across all lines of FEB UNAIR management.

Through this Early 2026 Working Meeting, FEB UNAIR affirmed its commitment to continue moving collectively, purposefully, and sustainably to face the future challenges of higher education. The spirit of "One Direction, One Goal, One FEB" is the main foundation for realizing an increasingly superior and impactful FEB UNAIR.

Going forward, the results of the consolidation and agreements in this working meeting are expected to serve as strategic guidelines for all FEB UNAIR managers in implementing the 2026 work program optimally and with integrity.
