
The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) will hold a Best Staff Appraisals program as a form of appreciation and an effort to improve the performance quality of the Rasi Karya Cabinet functionaries. This activity will be held behind the Postgraduate Building, Campus B, Universitas Airlangga from 8:00–11:00 a.m. WIB, in conjunction with the RUBIK 1 (Our Cabinet Room) agenda.
Carrying the spirit of appreciation and self-development, Best Staff Appraisals is present as a positive evaluation space that aims to improve and maintain the quality of performance of all BEM FEB UNAIR 2026 functionaries. This program is also a form of appreciation for the best staff who have demonstrated dedication, responsibility, and real contributions in carrying out the organization's work programs.
During this event, the best staff will receive recognition in the form of certificates of appreciation and vouchers for certification classes as a form of support for individual competency development. This recognition is expected to boost work enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and a healthy competitive culture within the UNAIR FEB Student Executive Board (BEM).
The event, which coincided with RUBIK 1 (Our Cabinet Room), also served as a platform to strengthen relationships among functionaries through shared interaction and reflection. With a communicative and supportive atmosphere, this activity is expected to foster a productive, collaborative organizational environment that values each other's contributions.
Besides being an internal organizational agenda, Best Staff Appraisals also support the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. By providing certification class vouchers, this activity encourages the development of student skills and competencies as part of ongoing non-formal learning. Furthermore, a culture of appreciation for performance and professionalism contributes to a productive and high-quality organizational environment.
Through the Best Staff Appraisals activity, it is hoped that all functionaries of the 2026 BEM FEB UNAIR Rasi Karya Cabinet can continue to be motivated to provide their best contributions, maintain the quality of organizational performance, and build an appreciative and progressive work culture in order to achieve shared targets during one management period.
