Abstract:
Nowadays, every company competes in improving the quality of goods and services produced to achieve company goals by training and developing employee competencies so that employees also feel satisfied. MA HOUR Engineering Co., Ltd. located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and its impact of training and career development with employee job satisfaction on employee performance in the company. The purpose of this study is to find out about employee training and career development, and whether employees are satisfied with the company. The next objective of this study is to determine the impact of the positive relationship of training and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study analyzed data collected from 100 respondents who work at MA HOUR Engineering Co., Ltd. in Phnom Penh City, Cambodia. The data were analyzed using statistical techniques of the SPSS 26 program with correlation, simple regression, and multiple regression. The study was conducted using 31 questionnaire survey questions according to theories related to training, career development, employee performance, and job satisfaction using Google Form. This study also uses quantitative methods to analyze phenomena through all levels of positions working at MA HOUR Engineering Co., Ltd. The research results include suggestions and recommendations for the phenomenon, which will help management to improve the capabilities and capacities of employees to produce quality performance and achieve company goals.
