The HI DEKANAT activity, which will take place on October 8, 2024, is an open forum that provides an opportunity for members of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga to convey their aspirations and complaints directly to the dean's staff. This forum is designed to listen to and discuss important issues such as gender equality, inequality, and injustice that may occur within the FEB environment. With this forum, it is hoped that students can share their views on the various problems they face, and the dean's office can respond with constructive solutions. This activity focuses on the achievement of SDGs 5 (Gender Equality), SDGs 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDGs 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), with the aim of ensuring that all voices are heard and existing problems are addressed fairly and effectively.

Through the HI DEKANAT (Dean's Forum), FEB UNAIR is committed to creating a more inclusive and responsive environment to the needs of its students. This forum not only provides a platform for students to voice concerns regarding gender equality and inequality, but also promotes transparency and fairness within the institution. By openly and collaboratively discussing solutions, this activity aims to strengthen good institutions and create a more equitable culture on campus. Through productive dialogue, it is hoped that concrete steps will be taken to address issues of injustice and inequality, as well as to strengthen integrity and fairness in faculty management.
