Abstract
Modern retail business in Indonesia is a promising business and is growing very rapidly in Indonesia. UD. Nelayan Tools & Hardware is one of the retailers in Gresik city whose sales volume shows an increase, but the company does not yet have a standardization in determining supplier selection. Often found problems related to suppliers because there is no standard in the selection. Researchers propose the determination of criteria and implementation using the ANP model with qualitative data collection one of the multi-criteria decision making to conduct ANP selection in this study using super software introduced by Suaty. The results obtained are 1) determined 4 criteria namely delivery (0.52489), financial (0.29026), stock (0.11762), and service quality (0.06723). In the application of ANP, a hierarchical model is compiled that describes the purpose of supplier selection at UD. Nelayan Tools & Hardware. The compilation of a linear hierarchy is done by determining the purpose of the application, after which the criteria, sub-criteria, are determined according to the needs of UD. Nelayan Tools & Hardware which are then assessed using a pairwise comparison matrix. From this matrix, a supermatrix limit analysis is obtained which contains the criteria and sub-criteria weights.
