ABSTRACT
Surabaya is a big contributor to waste in Indonesia. The waste must be managed properly so as not to cause more problems. One alternative solution in managing waste is the Waste Bank. The Waste Bank formed by Karang Taruna RT.20, Tanah Kali Kedinding Sub-District, Kenjeran District, aims to increase community awareness in managing waste properly and increase the income of the surrounding community. However, the Waste Bank has not been able to achieve its objectives optimally because the waste management system is still low and the basic infrastructure facilities for waste management are inadequate, then this community service activity aims to improve the performance of the Garbage Bank in RT.20 Tanah Kali Kedinding through the Triple Helix model.
