Abstract

CV Contoh Karya Mandiri is a company engaged in construction, architecture and supervision consulting services. In its performance management, the company, especially in the Planning Division, still does not have a performance measurement that represents the performance conditions in the Planning Division of CV Contoh Karya Mandiri. This study aims to analyze and evaluate job descriptions and job specifications for each position to clarify job specifications and descriptions and align them with the strategic plan of the Planning Division of CV Contoh Karya Mandiri, as well as determine key performance indicators to formulate individual performance assessments based on the work results approach (results) and work behavior (work behavior). This study is an exploratory study using a qualitative approach based on a case study. The types and sources of data used are archive records or company documents, interview reports, and observations. The key informants used are the Director, Planning Division Coordinator and all staff in the Planning Division of CV CKM. The results of this study are individual performance measurements based on key performance indicators for employees of the Planning Division of CV Contoh Karya Mandiri, which include work results assessment (results) and work behavior assessment (work behavior).
