Surabaya, Monday, September 8, 2025 – The Association of Sharia Economic Students (AcSES) through the Research and Paper (RnP) Division once again held an Internal Scientific Paper Study Group (KBKTI). This activity took place at the Creative Lounge, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR), with the aim of comprehensively analyzing the process of writing scientific papers.
The 2025 Internal KBKTI was held in three segments with the guidance of a single mentor, namely Noka Aljazera Caesario, a final year student of the Islamic Economics Study Program. The first segment took place on Friday (15/8/2025) with a focus on developing innovative academic paper ideas and concepts, followed by an idea consultation session with the presenter. The second segment was held on Friday (22/8/2025), which discussed the techniques for writing Chapters II and III properly and correctly. Meanwhile, the final segment was held on Thursday (28/8/2025) in the form of intensive mentoring that specifically analyzed the participants' papers.
This activity is in line with AcSES's vision to facilitate its members, known as AcSESORs, to be ready to compete in various writing competitions at the regional, national, and international levels. Moreover, the Internal KBKTI also supports the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal number 4 (Quality Education) through increasing academic literacy, and goal number 17 (Partnership for the Goals) by building networks and collaborations in the fields of research and writing.
Through the implementation of these three Internal KBKTI segments, it is hoped that AcSESORs can better understand the techniques of writing good and correct scientific papers, and be able to apply them not only in completing college assignments, but also in achieving achievements in various competitions outside the campus.
