Wednesday (24/02/21), the BLM FEB UNAIR Legislation Commission held its first work program, namely Plenary Session I. This session discussed the AD/ART Law and the Protap (Permanent Procedure) Bill of BEM FEB UNAIR. The session was held through the g-meet room because the pandemic situation did not allow for face-to-face meetings. At 18.00 WIB, the session participants consisting of all members and staff of BLM FEB UNAIR began to enter the g-meet room. The session was led by 3 elected permanent presidiums, namely, Satrio as presidium 1, Laras as presidium 2 and Nadia as presidium 3. 

The trial's procedures were regulated in the draft rules of procedure discussed at the beginning of the session. After the rules of procedure were agreed upon, the session continued with a discussion of the BLM FEB UNAIR AD/ART Law. The session proceeded smoothly, despite some network issues among participants. At 9:00 PM WIB, the session was adjourned until the following day due to the initial agreement of the participant forum. On Thursday (February 25, 2021), the session continued with the same discussion. After various debates among participants, the AD/ART Law was finally ratified.

Next, on Thursday (March 4, 2021), the Student Executive Board (BLM) of FEB UNAIR held a session to discuss the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Bill. The session proceeded smoothly, and the SOP Bill was ratified that same day. The ratified draft SOP Bill will be further discussed with the BEM FEB UNAIR through the SOP Socialization program on Wednesday (March 10, 2021).
