The Bonding event organized by the Human Resources Division of the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for the 2025 period raised the theme "KSPM: Our Second Home".

This activity is an internal program designed to strengthen the sense of togetherness, maintain enthusiasm, and strengthen relationships between members during the management period.

The main purpose of this event is to increase closeness and intimacy, strengthen communication and cooperation, and motivate members to remain active and contribute to the organization.

This activity is in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 17: Partnerships for the Goals, especially in strengthening cooperation and solidarity among organizational members.

The Bonding event will be held offline on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Slamet Supoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. The event will include group formation, team slogan creation, interactive games, and a communal meal to foster a sense of camaraderie.
