NEWS WELCOME VISIT BEM FTIRS ITS

BEM Faculty of Economics and Business UNAIR on Friday, September 9 2022 received a visit or welcome visit from the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Systems Engineering (FTIRS) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, facilitated by the Department of External Relations BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FTIRS ITS. This activity was face-to-face in the Fadjar Notonergoro Hall, campus B UNAIR which was attended by the management of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FTIRS ITS. The purpose of this visit is to exchange insights regarding work program knowledge and innovation, as well as establishing friendship and cooperation through presentation sessions from each BEM and group discussion forums (FGD) from each department or bureau.
The welcome visit event started at 18.30 WIB by the MCs, Farhan from BEM FEB UNAIR and also Fitria from BEM FTIRS ITS who guided from the start of the event to the end. The series of events began with an opening from the MC and continued with remarks from Vania Safira as President of BEM FEB UNAIR and Auliansyah Rizki Teknikade as President of BEM FTIRS ITS. The next event was a presentation of material from each President and Vice President of BEM.
The event continued with a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) which was a presentation from each department and bureau which was carried out in each group. In the FGD, each bureau or department shares information about their respective bureau or department, starting from the introduction of each department member to the presentation of the work agenda for 40 minutes. After the FGD was finished, the attendees were directed to fill in the CSI welcome visit form provided by the External Relations Department of BEM FEB UNAIR and also attendance for BEM FTIRS ITS.
The event ended with a certificate giving session from BEM FEB UNAIR to BEM FTIRS ITS as a form of appreciation represented by Vania Safira. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FTIRS ITS closed with a closing by the MC at 20.00 WIB.
