Diswandi, SE., MSc., Ph.D., said in his speech that the purpose of the visit of FEB UNRAM was to learn about the strategy for achieving the IKU (Key Performance Indicators) of FEB UNAIR, especially in the 6th; 7th and 8th IKU, so that it can be observed, imitated and modified.

In his response, Dr. Wisnu Wibowo, said that actually, every university must have achieved many KPIs, but it will certainly depend on the recording and reporting of these KPIs. So the "key", according to Dr. Wisnu Wibowo, in achieving KPIs is simply "Diligence". Diligence in documenting and Diligence in reporting, as the saying goes, for KPIs: "Diligence is the Basis of Achievement".

Furthermore, Dr. Wisnu Wibowo. said that there are several areas that have the potential to be collaborated, as a strategy in achieving the IKU, namely: 1.) The 2nd IKU is MBKM, students carry out activities outside the campus, 2.) The 3rd IKU, namely Lecturers carry out activities outside the campus, both in the field of teaching, or community service together, with the fostered villages together, where the output can be something real and impactful, and 3.) The 6th IKU, namely Collaborating Study Programs, where the collaboration that is established must go down to the study program, meaning that the study program must be able to collaborate with Business Entities, Private Sectors at the National/International level, or Universities that enter the World Level.

Continuing the statement from Dr. Wisnu Wibowo, Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, stated that in principle, the cooperation document must support, as the tagline of quality assurance, "do what is written and write what is done". "That is what really needs to be done" according to Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi. Furthermore, Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, said that Community Service, can be an entry point for cooperation, which can also be collaborated with various parties, such as communities in the area, to then be continued to the research field.

Meanwhile, Dr. Nisful Laila stated that achieving the IKU will facilitate collaboration between two or more universities. This collaboration can take the form of community service, research, and other activities.

In line with the Vice Deans I, II and III of FEB UNAIR, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., stated that FEB UNAIR is very open to continuing collaboration with FEB UNRAM in other areas of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, considering that the collaboration between FEB UNAIR and FEB UNRAM has been established for a long time, so that they can become Universities, which both contribute SUPERIOR HR to Indonesia.

Greetings from us, FEB UNAIR

Synergize with the heart, to produce SUPERIOR human resources for Indonesia.
