Marketing Job Description

A. Marketing Division

  1. Assist in managing and updating marketing data and partner collaborations.
  2. Support the preparation of reports and presentations related to business and marketing activities.
  3. Assisting in the process of monitoring targets, pipelines, and business achievements.
  4. Participate in data processing and preparation of simple dashboards.
  5. Assist in the analysis of the underwriting process.
  6. Supporting the administrative and operational activities of the Marketing Division.
    B. Subrogation Division
  7. Assist in managing and updating subrogation process data.
  8. Supporting the preparation of follow-up monitoring reports and the realization of subrogation.
  9. Assist in collecting, checking, and archiving supporting documents for the subrogation process.
  10. Participate in data processing and preparation of subrogation settlement recapitulation.
  11. Supporting the administrative and operational activities of the Subrogation Division.
    C. Claims Desk
  12. Assist in managing and updating claim submission and settlement data.
  13. Supporting the process of verifying the completeness of claim documents according to applicable provisions.
  14. Assist in preparing monitoring reports on the status and progress of claim settlement.
  15. Participate in data processing and preparation of simple dashboards related to claims.
  16. Supporting the administrative and operational activities of the Claims Desk.

Job Description Human Resources Management

  1. Assisting with employee data and document administration.
  2. Assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs.
  3. Supporting the recruitment process, such as CV screening and interview scheduling.
  4. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and databases (HRIS)
  5. Support employee engagement and internal company activities.
  6. Carry out other administrative tasks related to HR functions.

Job Description Finance

  1. Assist with administrative processes and financial documentation.
  2. Assist in inputting financial data into systems or spreadsheets.
  3. Assist in the preparation of simple financial reports.
  4. Archiving company financial documents.
  5. Support the team in the data reconciliation and checking process.
  6. Carry out other administrative tasks related to financial functions.
