- Supporting the preparation of follow-up monitoring reports and the realization of subrogation.
- Assist in collecting, checking, and archiving supporting documents for the subrogation process.
- Participate in data processing and preparation of subrogation settlement recapitulation.
- Supporting the administrative and operational activities of the Subrogation Division.
C. Claims Desk - Assist in managing and updating claim submission and settlement data.
- Supporting the process of verifying the completeness of claim documents according to applicable provisions.
- Assist in preparing monitoring reports on the status and progress of claim settlement.
- Participate in data processing and preparation of simple dashboards related to claims.
- Supporting the administrative and operational activities of the Claims Desk.
