Center for Dynamic Capability (CDC) is a research group at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, established in 2018 with the vision of becoming the leading research center in the field of dynamic capability studies in Indonesia. CDC focuses on how organizations integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competencies amid an ever-evolving business landscape, covering strategic management, dynamic managerial capabilities, and organizational change capacity. Since its establishment, CDC has produced 42 scientific publications in reputable Q1 and Q1 Top Tier journals, supported by a network of domestic and international scholars from various countries, and actively builds research collaborations with the television industry, hospitals, universities, and government institutions through scientific publications, seminars, case studies, and academic training.
