For those who are not of Economics and Business background, will be required to attend Matriculation program prior to the start of the semester. Another application requirement is a draft research proposal. EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES 2.1. Knowledge A.1 Have and be equipped with knowledge about Philosophy of management science. A.2 Have and be equipped with knowledge about core theoretical materials in human resource management, marketing management, financial management, strategic management and business excellence. A.3 Have and be equipped with knowledge about Identification and synthesis knowledge of management fieldโs topics based on a thorough literature review. A.4 Have and be equipped with knowledge about Management model development methods (human resource management, marketing management, financial management, strategic management and operation) and application to specific research questions.
