ENGLISH COURSE 1.22: ELPT TRAINING
The English Course is one of the work programs of the Jakesma Hima Islamic Economics Division which is needed by Islamic Economics students to improve their English language skills and help Islamic Economics students achieve a score of more than 450. The English Course is conducted twice in one period and will collaborate with the language center and multiculturalism Universitas Airlangga (PUSBAMULYA UNAIR). The first wave of the English Course will be held on March 12 – March 25 2022 which has two types of sub-events, namely training and tests. The first wave of the English Course will carry out 3 training sessions (Listening, Structure, Reading, Review All Lessons) and 1 test, namely the final test which will conclude this English Course event. The second wave of the English Course will be held on 8 October – 21 October 2022, in terms of the concept of the event, further coordination is still needed from the parties concerned. This English Course activity will be carried out via zoom meeting (online).
Before holding the training, we created a participant registration form. Then registration and payment close 5 days before the implementation of the English Course. To take part in the first batch of the English Course, participants are required to pay IDR 125,000.00 per person. This fee includes six meetings with two sub-events, namely training and tests. This event is related to SDGs number 4, namely quality education, because in this event participants will receive material and discussion from the practice questions that have been given which are expected to help students improve their English language skills and help Islamic Economics students achieve a score of more than 450.
