Shaping Innovative Leader is a slogan put forward by MM FEB Unair. In the learning process, this is attempted to be realized even from an early age. As an institution that prioritizes experiential based learning (EBL), outbound in matriculation is used as an opportunity to stimulate the mindset of innovative leaders and teams.
Various activities for 2 days were presented, both indoor and outdoor activities. The in-door activity was carried out by bringing in a psychologist to help the participants, new students from class 49, understand the characteristics of what type of leader they are. Medium. What differentiates it from outbound activities carried out by other institutions was raised in the MM FEB Unair outbound which this time was held at the Tretes Raya hotel on 26-27 August 2017.
