A national-scale youth conference held annually by nusantaramuda
Future Leader Summit is a national-scale youth conference as
a collaboration platform initiated by Nusantara Muda. FLS aims to prepare
young leaders from all over Indonesia in making significant changes for
a better Indonesia. In 2018, we took the theme "Preparing for Future Leaders
to be ready to Take Charge of the Way in the Disruption Era", where we want to provide an
insight into how a young person faces the challenges of the era we are experiencing now, and
the years to come.
Future Leader Summit was initiated by an organization called Nusantara Muda. Nusantara
Muda itself was officially established as a national youth organization since 2011. Nusantara
Muda focuses on developing the leadership of Indonesian youth with their smart ideas
to solve problems in Indonesia.
Entering the era of disruption, the world faces a situation where the movement of the industrial world or
job competition is no longer linear. The changes are very fast, fundamental by disrupting
the old order patterns to create a new order
Disruption initiates the birth of new business models with more innovative and disruptive strategies.
The scope of change is broad ranging from the world of business, banking, transportation, social society,
to education. This era will demand us to change or become extinct
bringing the theme "Preparing The Future Leaders 2018 Therefore, Future Leader
Summit for Taking Charge in the Disruption Era." with the hope that through this year's FLS we can
prepare future leaders with a series of activities and materials that we will
provide to hone the soft skills of the participants. With the tagline "Grab The Chance, Take The Charge."
we invite young future leaders to take every opportunity available
and always try to contribute to every action of change in the era of disruption

Welcoming Session
Is a series of opening events of the Future Leader Summit 2018 which contains
welcoming youth delegates and explanations regarding the issues raised and the series of events of
the Future Leader Summit 2018.
Ideation Lab
Is one of the sessions in the series of FLS 2018 events which will discuss various
current issues related to 6 rooms with the guidance of an expert in the issue. Results
Is a series of opening events of the Future Leader Summit 2018 which contains
welcoming youth delegates and explanations regarding the issues raised and the series of events of
the Future Leader Summit 2018.
Ideation Lab
Is one of the sessions in the series of FLS 2018 events which will discuss various
current issues related to 6 rooms with the guidance of an expert in the issue. Results
The end of this session is an idea canvas that will be compiled in groups with the
main goal: Indonesia Emas 2045. This ideation lab activity is divided into several rooms or sectors,
namely entrepreneurship, poverty, digital, education, urban planning, human capital
Future Leader in Action
As a validation of the Ideation Lab idea, this session is a role-play game where
the Delegates will get the opportunity to play the role of a government agency in
completing several case studies to overcome community problems and also as
an illustration in realizing a better Indonesia in 2045.
Gala Future Leader
A networking night event at the Future Leader Summit 2018 where at this moment
the delegates can introduce themselves to each other, share stories, experiences, and
inspire each other. This activity aims to familiarize each other with fellow Delegates
as well as with Alumni and Rangers FLS.

Discovery Panel
Discovery Panel is a session in the Future Leader Summit where delegates will
learn about millennials must-have skills that will be available in 10 skill options that can be selected
by Delegates digitally the day before.
The Grand Summit
is the peak event of the Future Leader Summit, presenting an
