Overview

This course aims to provide students with knowledge of the Financial Management of Multinational Companies (especially profit-oriented companies). This understanding is very useful for students as financial managers, investors, consultants, and academics. In general, this course assumes the company/case is a public company (tbk./go public) operating in several countries. The discussion of this course covers the international business environment, international trade theory, and the main functions of financial management, namely: investment decision-making (investing) and financing decision-making (financing), especially for multinational companies.
