SIMAWA UPGRADING 

On March 18th and 19th, 2023, HIMA EP UNAIR carried out UPGRADING activities to increase understanding and knowledge in HIMA EP management, especially in the 2023 management which will then be ready to align the organization according to its goals. As carriers of the nation's guidance messages, the younger generation must be able to carry out meaningful activities for the development of the nation and state in the future, the younger generation must know how to make the best use of their time, it is hoped that they will be able to change this nation for the better. Such a role certainly requires an independent attitude in every situation and condition of the prevailing system.

Organizational bodies serve not only as a place for students' intellectual development but also as a platform for social development. The theories learned in college must be supported by organizational skills that support existing competencies, and most importantly, how they are applied in society. Within an organization, a sense of connectedness and tolerance among leaders is essential, as these aspects are crucial for developing their potential. Upgrading activities allow other administrators within an organization to interact and learn about each other and their responsibilities, creating an organization that benefits both the university and the community.
