The Human Resources Development Bureau of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (PSDM BEM FEB UNAIR) will hold an Upgrading activity as the initial agenda of the management to strengthen the organization's internal capacity and professionalism. This program is a strategic step to build a structured and harmonious work foundation within the organization.

The BEM FEB UNAIR upgrading program is designed to serve as a learning platform and to align perceptions for all officials. Through sessions mapping the organization's direction, understanding the strategic roles of each department, and open dialogue among officials, this activity is expected to foster a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and governance of the BEM. This momentum also serves as a forum for unifying coordination patterns, division of responsibilities, and performance standards that will serve as a shared reference throughout the entire management period.

In addition to strengthening structural aspects, the upgrading program also includes leadership and teamwork development sessions to build a collaborative, communicative, and adaptive work culture that adapts to organizational dynamics. With a participatory approach, this activity is expected to foster a sense of ownership and collective commitment to carrying out the organization's mandate.
