"PENGPROF TALKSHOW" (PROFSHOW) is a work program of the Professional Development Department of BEM FEB UNAIR and is a special form of realization of post-campus preparation for FEB Universitas Airlanggastudents. This work program is implemented in the form of a talk show with the Zoom platform and will be broadcast live on the official Instagram account @bemfebunair.

PROFSHOW is held twice during the working period of the Padu Karsa Cabinet and is designed as an inspiring forum for students to prepare for their future career paths, by presenting professionals and industry experts who share professional insights and relevant skills to face the increasingly competitive world of work through interactive discussions so that it is hoped that students will gain new insights regarding how to become qualified individuals and be ready to enter the world of work. Profshow is in line with SDGs point 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, because it seeks to create a young generation that is ready to work, productive, and able to contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
