
As a forum for self -development, scientific studies, and service in the field of cooperatives and people's economy, the Student Cooperative Study Group (KOPSI) FEB UNAIR is carrying out workshop activities. The activity assisted by the Education and Training Division as part of the internal development process brought the theme "Crafting Knowledge That Last A Workshop on Writing For Impact". This activity aims to equip the management with technical and conceptual capabilities in preparing scientific essays and relevant, structured and applicable cooperative business plans. This workshop consists of two main sessions, the first session will be focused on providing material on essay and business plan techniques that are good and correctly accompanied by direct practice to strengthen the understanding of participants. The second session is a work surgery session, where the participants will present the results of their writing and get constructive input from the speaker and facilitator. The first session will be held on July 5, 2025 and the second session was held on August 16, 2025. In the first session it will be held online with the competent speaker that we have invited, Kak Alya Hamidah, who is a student of the 2022 accounting.
The workshop activity "Crafting Knowledge that last a workshop on Writing for Impact" is expected to significantly increase the technical and conceptual capacity of the FEB Unair Kopsi Management in preparing scientific essays and quality, structured, and applicative cooperative business plans. With better writing skills, it is hoped that the management will be able to design strategic documents that not only meet academic standards but also have a real impact in developing student cooperatives and advancing the people's economy. This activity is very relevant to the goals of Sustainable Development (SDGs), especially SDGs 4 (quality education) because it focuses on improving skills and lifelong learning through technical writing and direct practice. In addition, capacity building in preparing a cooperative business plan that is applicable to contribute directly to SDGs 8 (decent work and economic growth) by encouraging cooperative -based entrepreneurship and inclusive economy.
