The 2024 Kopma relative internship program is designed as a rich learning journey of experience for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. This internship began with a welcome party on October 14, 2024 via online zoom meeting, an event that aims to welcome new participants while introducing them to the culture, vision, and mission of Kopma Feb Unair. During the program, participants will be actively involved in various organizational activities, ranging from the management of selected divisions such as finance, PSDM, Kominfo, RND, business units, to public relations. In addition, participants will also participate in Kopma's internal and external activities, such as training, discussions, to large Kopma events such as Kopmaweek.

Through this activity, participants not only learn about cooperative organizational governance, but also develop soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, and communication. The program will end with the peak event of the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) and Farewell Party on December 23-24 2024 at Villa Kebun Pakis, Pacet, Mojokerto. RAT is a moment of reflection and evaluation of the organization's journey for a year, while Farewell Party is a full celebration of warmth to appreciate the contribution of all apprentices and create unforgettable memories. This internship program provides meaningful experience, making participants more prepared to face the challenges of organizations and the professional world in the future.
