The 2024 KOPMA Relatives internship program is designed as an experiential learning journey for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. This internship begins with a Welcome Party on October 14, 2024, via Online Zoom Meeting, an event aimed at welcoming new participants while introducing them to the culture, vision, and mission of KOPMA FEB UNAIR. During the program, participants will be actively involved in various organizational activities, ranging from managing selected divisions such as Finance, Human Resources Development, Communication and Information Technology, RnD, Business Units, to Public Relations. In addition, participants will also participate in internal and external KOPMA activities, such as training, discussions, to major KOPMA events such as KOPMAWEEK.

Through this activity, participants not only learn about cooperative organizational governance but also develop soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, and communication. The program will culminate with the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) and Farewell Party on December 23-24, 2024, at Villa Kebun Pakis, Pacet, Mojokerto. The RAT serves as a moment of reflection and evaluation of the organization's journey over the year, while the Farewell Party serves as a warm celebration to appreciate the contributions of all interns and create unforgettable memories. This internship program provides meaningful experiences, making participants better prepared to face organizational challenges and the professional world in the future.
