Management Expo (MEXPO) is an annual program of Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management Student Association, aimed at preparing students to be competitive and responsive to the corporate environment. MEXPO itself is divided into several sub-events: the Management Olympiad (MO), the Management Startup Challenge (MSC), Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition (UASTEC), the National Business Case Competition (NBCC), and a series of other events.

This year's Management Expo (MEXPO) 2023 will raise the big theme of "Amplifying Youth Creativity to Attain Business Sustainability" which aims to explore the power of creative thinking and innovation in navigating the challenges of the VUCA era (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous). This big theme is related to SDGs no. 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and no. 17 (Partnership for the Goals) which are expected in the series of Management Expo (MEXPO) 2023 events, participants can also achieve long-term sustainable businesses in an ever-changing business landscape and can face an era full of uncertainty through the creativity and innovation of students, university students, and business actors.
