Upgrading KOPMEP Management is one of the work programs of the Student Cooperative of Development Economics, Universitas Airlangga. This activity is a routine program held once a year as an activity that aims to provide training to the new administrators of the Student Cooperative of Development Economics. The provision in question is an introduction and approach between both the core administrators and the daily administrators regarding KOPMEP itself. With this provision, it is hoped that it can increase familiarity and form a solid relationship between the administrators. This activity was held at Villa Hartika Trawas, Mojokerto and took place from March 9 to March 11, 2018. Starting on Friday afternoon and ending on Sunday afternoon.

The agenda of this activity began with the gathering of all administrators of the Development Economics Student Cooperative and a prayer reading led by the Deputy Chairperson of KOPMEP 2018 Retisia Rismadani at the Faculty of Economics and Business Building Universitas Airlangga Surabaya before finally leaving using a vehicle provided by the committee. Upon arriving at the location of the activity, the committee prepared everything needed for the Opening of the Upgrading. The Opening of the KOPMEP 2018 Upgrading was marked by a speech by the Head of the Human Resources Development Division (PSDM) Ajeng Kartiko Dewi as a representative of the General Chairperson of KOPMEP and the KOPMEP supervisor who was unable to attend.

After the opening ceremony, the committee prepared dinner. This was followed by a "Friendly Night," where all administrators were seated in a hall. This event aimed to foster camaraderie and foster a sense of camaraderie among the administrators. The "Friendly Night" itself included simple games involving all administrators, who had previously been divided into small groups. The event began at 8:30 PM and concluded at 10:30 PM. Afterward, all administrators were invited to take a break.

The next event on the second day began with morning exercise in the form of group fun gymnastics which took place from 05.30 WIB to 06.00 WIB and

followed by all administrators. After that, preparations for breakfast were carried out by each cooking group that had been previously determined. The event continued with Outbound activities carried out in an open field located not far from Villa Hartika. Outbound activities consisted of several field games aimed at building cohesiveness between administrator groups. This activity began at 08.30 WIB and ended at 12.30 WIB. Next, all administrators were allowed to clean themselves, pray together and have lunch. At 14.00 WIB the Upgrading activity was continued with the inauguration event. The inauguration itself is an obligation for each group to put on a performance that has been selected by the committee. The event was opened with the reading of the winner's provisions by the Chairperson of the Upgrading 2018 Committee, Veronike Lutfi Ardhiya RP, the activity went smoothly and ended at 18.00 WIB which was followed by cleaning themselves, praying together and having dinner. After that the activity continued with a Sharing Session between administrators. During the Sharing Session, the Daily Executive Board provided several explanations regarding KOPMEP's vision and mission for the year. In addition to the BPH's presentation, the Sharing Session also provided an opportunity for all administrators to share their opinions, both regarding the upgrading event itself and their impressions, messages, and hopes for other administrators and the upcoming upgrading process. The Sharing Session concluded at 9:00 PM WIB.

The final day of the 2018 KOPMEP Management Upgrading was filled with cooking activities together by several female administrators who were included in cooking groups. After that, there was a group breakfast event that took place from 7:00 to 7:30 WIB. Next, from 7:30 to 9:00 WIB, there was a Division Sharing activity. Division Sharing is an activity to exchange information and opinions from each division head to its members. This activity itself also aims to strengthen the commitment of each new administrator to the division they have been elected so that during their term of office they can make maximum contributions. After that, it continued with the Nomination Reading event and the awarding of prizes to the winners of the Inauguration that had been held previously. This event took place from 9:00 WIB and ended at 9:30 WIB. Next, there was an activity of cleaning up and preparing to go home. As a final activity before returning to Surabaya, a group photo with all administrators. And

This was followed by a prayer led by Retisia Rismadani, Deputy Chair of KOPMEP 2018, before the 2018 KOPMEP Management Upgrading Activity finally concluded. At 10:30 a.m. WIB, the entire series of upgrading activities officially concluded, and all administrators returned to Surabaya.

Thus, the entire series of events for the 2018 KOPMEP Management Upgrade were planned and proceeded according to the schedule and the estimated timeframe. However, this does not rule out the possibility of shortcomings. Therefore, it is hoped that future KOPMEP Management Upgrade events will provide more innovative activities and optimal incentives to equip each new administrator of the Development Economics Student Cooperative.
