-PAPER CLINIC 2018-

It is time for students to work is a big theme of the 2018 paper clinic. This theme is taken because we hope that with this event it can increase the knowledge and confidence of participants in participating in the competition, especially the scientific paper competition. Students are figures full of critical thoughts, high social spirit, and always echoing changes to better. This spirit is our basis in holding training events and writing seminars titled 'Paper Clinic 2018'. The target of this event to students who live in East Java by providing a quota of 80 participants.

The event was held for 2 days on 27-28 April 2018 in Soepoyo Hall and Fadjar Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.

On the first day a Writing Seminar and a Public Speaking Seminar were held, while the second day included a Student Affairs Talk Show and Paper Making Training. The paper clinic presented Shochrul Rohmatul Ajija, SE., M.Ec. as Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business and Sakti Haposan Yudhistira as Public Speaker as the seminar speaker on the first day. Then for the talk show speakers on the second day, Paper Clinic presented Anida Amirilia Nisa as 2017 FEB Unair Ambassador Finalist and Oktavia Dewi Rizka Alam as 2016 and 2017 FEB Unair MAWAPRES, as well as Diaz Patria Yunanto as moderator.

The event was held at 9:00 on the first day with speakers on time and quality material. Participants were enthusiastic about several tutorials provided by the speakers. The second day of the event was held at 09:15 with the arrival of the speakers on time and material related to the personal experiences of the speakers as well as providing motivation for the participants, then the event continued with training in making paper outlines, namely the participants were divided into several groups.

Then, participants are required to put it into presentation slides which will ultimately be contested at the end of the event.

With this event, we hope that participants can easily share knowledge and experience, as well as gain skills to take part in writing competitions and bring back the critical and caring spirit of students so that they can become students who excel and are useful for the nation, state, and of course their beloved alma mater..
