General Assembly of Acses

The AcSES General Meeting, commonly abbreviated as MUBES, serves as a forum for reporting on the responsibilities of the AcSES Daily Executive Board (BPH) for the 2019 term and also serves as a means of electing a new Director. The event was attended by all 2019 AcSES administrators, along with the Cadre Development Council and interns as committee members.

The General Meeting (Mubes) was successfully held last November, beginning at 1:00 PM WIB and ending at 10:30 PM WIB. The series of events included the reading of the meeting's rules of procedure by the presidium, a meeting of the Articles of Association (AD/ART) also chaired by the presidium, the submission of accountability reports from each division and the Core BPH, and finally, a meeting of the MPO (Organizational Leadership Council) to elect a new Director.

However, this year's General Meeting (Mubes) was unique, as it was packaged slightly differently from previous years. It featured a special offering from interns, drawing tears from the management. This offering was a reminder of the management's struggles over this one (1) term.

Based on the Mubes that was held, there were several decisions, one of which was appointing Mochamad Shamsul Arif (EP 17) as the Main Director of AcSES 2020. Hopefully, the new Director will always be trustworthy and his shoulders will be strengthened by Allah SWT and be able to bring AcSES to a better future.
