This course provides students with practical knowledge about the process of preparing financial statements, which will be useful to them once they begin working at a business entity. The course will cover topics ranging from the background and importance of accounting applications based on accounting information systems—as a result of advances in computer technology—to the preparation of financial statements. The use of computer programs to carry out accounting processes has become a critical issue in responding to changes in the business world.
