Strategy and Innovation

Strategy and Innovation is a course that explores how students can explain the processes and outcomes of strategy and innovation, both at the individual and organizational levels, particularly in startups. It is expected that, after completing this course, students will be able to explain the Growth Mindset, the Agile Business Model, Aligned Leadership & Super Teams, Scalable Working Systems, and Blitzscaling Growth.
