Overview
Business Planning is a compulsory course for Management students in the Faculty of Economics and Business. A fifth-semester undergraduate course in Management, the course provides in-depth insight and first-hand experience in identifying business problems and developing a business or company plan. After identifying existing problems, identifying market opportunities, and designing business processes, students implement the company's short-term plan by reviewing the business process and financial feasibility.
