Organizational Analysis

This course provides students with knowledge about the development of organizational theory, the dimensions and factors influencing the formation of organizational structures, so they can choose the right structure and align it with the organization's goals, namely achieving organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, this course discusses organizational actions in managing the environment, change, culture, and organizational evolution.
