This course discusses the legal knowledge aspect in terms of theory and practice regarding commercial contracts, forms of companies in Indonesia such as Civil Partnerships (Maatschap), Firms (Fa.), Commanditaire Vennotschap (C.V.), and Limited Liability Companies (PT), Consumer Protection Law, Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Business Competition, and Guarantee/Collateral Law.
