Overview

This course is a specialist course. This course deals with learning about business analysis in organizations, along with the role of business analysts in organizations, through understanding concepts, developing cases related to the lecture topic. Studying the latest research for each topic discussed and the development of its application in practice, both nationally and globally. After taking this course, students are expected to understand the distribution process and supply chain management in business through discussions of topics such as the Evolution of Business Analysis, Strategic Analysis, business analysis process models, investment techniques, business analysis models, operationalization of the strategic change process, resource audits and financial performance. Furthermore, studying their implications in organizational strategy. Students are also expected to understand the development of each topic in business practice through the cases raised and discussing the latest research through discussions of related journals. Furthermore, this course is very important for developing insight and providing inspiration on what needs to be done in the form of scientific papers and inspiring research ideas on organizational business analysis.
