Overview

This course is a course of expertise. This course is related to learning about Human Resource Management in the operations and supply chain functions, through understanding the concepts, cases that are developing regarding the lecture topic. Studying the latest research for each topic discussed as well as the development of its application in practice both nationally and globally. After taking this course, students are expected to understand the strategic operations management process in business through discussions of topics such as, Behavioral perspective of Operations, Interface between Operations and Human Resources, . Management behavior in lean production environment, Human resource strategy in Operations management, Human resource role in Supply Chain Collaboration, Behavioral operations perspective in Service Supply Chain, Behavioral operations in Health care, Behavioral aspect in green operations and Supply, Enhancing innovation in operation, behavioral perspective, Behavioral perspective in Quality Management, Behavioral perspective of global Supply chain, Service offshoring, culture and knowledge sharing, Managing Sustainable supply chain with ethical Furthermore, students are expected to also understand the development of each topic in business practice through the cases raised and discuss the latest research through discussions of related journals. Furthermore, this course is very important to develop insight and provide inspiration on what needs to be done in the form of writing scientific papers and inspire research ideas on human resources and behavior in operations and supply chains.
