Organization and Management Theory

In general, this course explains that to achieve organizational effectiveness, organizational design must be in accordance with goals and strategies, and it is necessary to understand internal design and dynamic management because the organization is an open system. Specifically, this course, to achieve effective goals, strategy plays a role in structural design and requires an understanding of the basis for designing organizational structures. Organizations as open systems, in structural design will be influenced by the external environment, interorganizational relationships, and the international environment. Organizations must also manage internal designs, namely Manufacturing & Services Technologies, Technologies for Control, Social Business & Big Data, and Organization Size, Life Cycle, and Decline. In addition, organizations need dynamic management through organizational culture, innovation and change, as well as Decision-Making Processes, Conflict, Power, and Politics.
