Overview
After discussing the definition of business ethics, the scope of the study of business ethics, the stages of moral development and the relationship between Kohlberg's moral development and business ethics, as well as the principles and concepts and attitudes in business ethics, it will also be presented on how management handles contemporary issues and business ethics faced by the business community. Next, conducting responsible business and corporate social responsibility will be discussed in more depth. In this course, the basic concept of CSR and its evolution will be discussed, as well as the reasons and driving forces behind it. Students will also learn about the framework for organizations to successfully implement CSR, best practices of CSR and how to link CSR to organizational sustainability in the long term.
