Overview

This course is a course of expertise. This course is related to learning about performance measurement in organizations, through understanding concepts, cases that develop regarding lecture topics. Studying practices in organizations for each topic discussed as well as the development of its application in both national and global practices. After taking this course, students are expected to understand the process of performance measurement in business through discussions of topics such as organizational performance measurement, Balance scorecard, Strategy Map, performance management. Furthermore, students are also expected to understand the development of each topic in business practice through cases raised and discussing the latest research through discussions of related journals. Furthermore, this course is very important to develop insight and provide inspiration on what needs to be done in the form of writing scientific papers and inspire research ideas on human resources and behavior in operations and supply chains.
