Advanced Management Accounting

This course explains the differences between financial accounting and management accounting; the calculation of cost of goods manufactured; and the management accounting system to support the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational management. It also equips students with the evaluation and implementation of management control systems and strategies to enhance corporate value.
