Human Resource Management (**)

The MSDI course is based on the assumption that human resources are an investment and a strategic asset for organizations. It recognizes that the contribution of human resources to organizational productivity exceeds that of other resources. The study of Human Resource Management functions focuses on recruitment, selection, onboarding, placement and termination, career development, compensation, motivation, performance appraisal, quality of work life, performance improvement, and maintenance of employment relationships, including the Human Resource Information System within the company.
