Economics of Islamic Boarding Schools (**)

This course equips students to study the economics and management of business units at Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in the context of empowering and fostering the self-reliance of both the pesantren and the community. Topics covered in this course include, for example: the economics of pesantren from the perspective of community empowerment; the development of pesantren management; and the regulation and institutional management of pesantren business units.
