Islamic Financial Management

This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals and principles of corporate finance and investment from an Islamic perspective. It covers the calculation and distinction between the Time Value of Money and the Economic Value of Time in Islamic Finance. It also addresses the identification of return and risk in Islamic Finance, as well as the valuation of Islamic financial instruments and mechanisms. This course also covers working capital policy in Islamic finance, accounts receivable management in Islamic finance, cash and inventory management in Islamic finance, the cost of equity and the cost of debt in Islamic finance, capital structure in Islamic finance, and dividend policy in Islamic finance.
