Introduction to Islamic Management

Introduction to Islamic Management is a core course in the Department of Islamic Economics. This course provides insights into the development of management science from an Islamic perspective, managing new work environments, organizational environments and cultures, the global environment, organizational planning, goal-setting and strategy, managerial decision-making, organizing, leadership, behavior and motivation within companies, and the functions of supervision and control within organizations.
