This course provides students with knowledge about the functions and rules of the capital market, which serves as an intermediary between parties with excess funds and those in need of funds, as well as the financial instruments available in both the money market and the capital market that can serve as investment alternatives, and the operational regulations related to securities trading in the capital market.
